Booking Our Self Catering Accommodation
Booking by telephone or email Mary Flynn at info@nellsfarmhouse.com. Prior to booking please check the availability of our self catering accommodation.
Payment
A deposit of 50% of the total cost is required upon booking our holiday home and the balance paid on arrival. If a booking is made within 6 weeks of arrival date, full payment is required at the time of booking. Deposit is to be by cheque in euros and made payable to Nells Farmhouse, or direct into the bank. Details made available on booking.
Rates
One week €400.
Weekends €150.
What Is included?
All towels, linen, electricity and a welcome pack to include tea coffee milk eggs bread and cereals. We also provide with prior notice at a reasonable cost:
- Packed lunches
- Birthday cakes
- Wine or champagne for special occasions
- Christmas tree and decorations
- Meal on arrival
A damage deposit €100 euros will be required upon arrival. A receipt will be given to you. This is returnable minus the cost of any loss/damage during your holiday.
Cancellation Charges
Please let us know as soon as possible should you have to cancel your holiday for any reason. We reserve the right to charge as follows:

Rental Periods
Rental periods begin at 4 pm Saturday and end at 10.30 am the following Saturday, unless otherwise agreed.
- Accommodation is to be left clean and tidy. Any damages must be notified to the owner and are the responsibility of the client.
- The owners reserve the right to change any information on this web site without notice.
- In the unlikely event of of us not being able to let our premises on the agreed dates due to circumstances beyond our control our liability is limited to returning any monies paid by you to us.
